It just confuses me that they don't know when my color / interior / option combo will be built yet. Something just doesn't feel right, and it's just a feeling with no inside knowledge behind it. They also seem to apologize a lot and say things like "we are a new company" - well shoot, you hired smart people away from legacy auto, so I don't buy that as an excuse as well as "we know we need to communicate better" - Jeez, so just do it.
